Due to recent issues in Primary, here are the top lessons I am learning:
1) It not about the kids. It's about the one. And even in Primary, that one might not be a kid at all. It can also be a teacher, etc. (Evans's family)
2) "Believe that the teachers are where they are for a reason."
3) Primary pres is sort of an acting RS pres for the sisters serving in Primary.
4) Focus on the positive and "catch them being good."
5) Give an outpouring of love & express specific appreciation.
6) We're all just trying our best. Expect our best, but don't expect perfection.
