Even Webelos, which we resisted but have held twice now. We have a super great group of boys, Megan Davies is a dream to work with, Charles and Daniel love being den chiefs, and their learning great social and life skills.
I couldn’t ask for a better social and support group for these boys. I’m grateful they have each other and I love the families they come from.
Involvement in scouting holds Mike and into a higher standard and holds us accountable in our parenting. We have more meaningful activities and conversations because as Lord Baden-Powel said: “We never fail when we try to do our duty, we always fail when we neglect to do it."
